Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected European countries.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. LM Botanics is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
